Clara-Zetkin-Park
The Clara Zetkin Park is Leipzig's most important open and recreational space in the inner city area. The historic complex is a monument to garden culture and landscape design and an important and widely protected natural connection between the riparian forest and the city center.
The island pond terrace - a listed recreational area by the water that has its origins in the activities of the National Development Work in the 1950s - was restored true to the original using historical materials based on our own monument preservation objective. Metal armchairs specially developed for the location at the island pond complete the system.
